About Me
I have been a dancer my entire life. My career included performing on Broadway, National Tours and TV commercials. I took a break to start and raise a family. I have 3 wonderful boys that are the joy of my life. I have always exercised, but never found anything that fulfilled me the way that dancing does, then I took a Zumba fitness class. I fell in love again, only this time with the perfect blend of dance and fitness that Zumba provides.
I could not believe I was doing a full hour of cardio without ever looking at the clock. Come try one of my classes and you'll see what I mean!!
